• Verify the room is set up in the class you are viewing.
  • Verify the box is not checked that says this item is not available online. (Settings > Rooms > click on the room > "This item is not available online")
  • Check what the max capacity is and what max guest is and what the default setting is under online bookings that says starting number of guests.
  • Make sure number of guests being entered on the booking engine is less than the max capacity in the room.
