Point of Sale > Recent Orders

  • To refund an order from Point of Sale:
    • Click on Recent Orders toward the bottom of the cart.
    • Click on the green arrow for the order you want to refund. This will take you to the summary page of that order/reservation.
    • Process the refund from the Payment page. For details on how to process a refund from the Payment page, visit How to add or refund a payment.
