Settings > Retail Items

  • To add a new retail item

    • Click New.

    • Name the retail item.

    • Assigning a group will group these items in the POS system. Once you have groups created, they will show up on the line below.

    • List order refers to which order these items will display in the Retail Items list.

    • Give the item a description (optional).

    • Assign a price to the retail item.

    • Quantity Available, Reorder Quantity, and Retail cost all contribute to inventory ¬†management.

    • The POS system will allow barcode scans for retail items.

    • Select which taxes apply to this item.

    • Select which options apply to this retail item.

    • Save.

    • Click Pictures (right-hand side). Upload a picture (optional). The picture will display on the booking engine if the retail item is available online. It will also display in the POS system.

    • Save.

  • To Auto-Add retail items to reservations:

    • Click on the retail item.

    • Click Auto-Add.

    • Select whether this item auto-adds to all units or specific units.

    • Select whether this item auto-adds for phone reservations, online reservations, or both.

    • Indicate the quantity to be auto-added per reservation.

    • Save.

  • To remove a retail item:

    • Click on the retail item.

    • Click Remove.

    • Check the box to remove this item.

    • Save.
