Settings > Operations
You will receive a confirmation email for every online reservation.
- To select which email address should receive these emails, go to Settings > Operations.
- Under "Confirmation and Security Email", enter your email address. Multiple email addresses can be added separated by a semicolon (;).
- If you would like abbreviated confirmation emails, check the box for "Send abbreviated confirmation emails". These are easier to print, but be aware the abbreviated confirmation emails do not include the policies and therefore cannot be used in a credit card chargeback dispute.
- Click save.
