Once you log into ResNexus go to Reservations -> Front Desk. The Front Desk page is divided into three groups: New Arrivals, Staying Over, and Departures. New Arrivals are displayed by the estimated arrival time. Staying Over and Departures are displayed by guest names.
Click on the reservation number of the guest who has arrived. The guest's Summary page will pull up.
In the top left of the Summary page is the guest's status. This includes informing you if the guest is a return guest. Click on the box "Checked In" and then click "Save" and you will be re-directed back to the Front Desk page.
Under New Arrivals, next to Guest Name and Guest # the green check mark icon should show up along with the time you clicked the "Check In" box. Also shown in this space is whether a guest has completely paid the balance. If a guest still needs to pay for their reservation then a Pay Now link will appear instead.
