Once you log into ResNexus go to Settings -> Rooms / Units -> [Select the room]. First, make sure that Max Capacity: reflects the maximum number of people that can stay in this room.

Then click on "Add Standard Rate". The Standard Rate page will appear. Here you can adjust the dates for which these rates apply. By default the dates are set to year-round from Jan 1 to Dec 31.

Select the rates for Weekday and Weekend. Then go to Capacity and select the number of people for which this rate applies. Click "Save" when you are finished.

You can continue to do the same for each room you wish this change to be made or you can use the "Copy Rates From" button available when you click on a room. Remember that using this button will copy all the rates from one room to another.

Click "Save" when you want to finalize all changes.
