ResNexus does not offer any way for guests to cancel reservations online and at this time has no plans to do so. It is better for both the guest and the innkeeper for the guest to call the inn in order to cancel their reservation. It gives the innkeeper the opportunity to save the reservation (maybe they just need a different date) and guarantees the client that the reservation is 100% canceled. Especially with possible cancellation fees and potential chargebacks, it is best that both parties communicate and clearly understand the cancellation.
