Once you log into ResNexus go to Reservations -> Search. Enter the guest's phone number, name or reservation number. Reservations in RED were cancelled. Click on the guest's reservation number to pull up the guest's reservation information and other details.

To the right of the Summary page are several tabs. Click on the Rooms/Nights tab. This will pull up the Rooms/Nights page.

Under the "Amount" column, adjust the rate for the room you would like to change. In addition, you can update how many guests will be staying in this room.

Adjusting the room rate for one room one night will not adjust the room rate for other rooms and nights within the same reservation.

Click "Update" when you are finished.
