Grid > Block/Repair


Blocking rooms or marking them for repair makes it easy to remove availability of a room on your booking engine.


  • To Mark a unit as Blocked

    • Open the Grid

    • Check the boxes for the date(s) and unit(s) you wish to block.

    • Click the red “Block” button at the top of the grid.

      • The unit(s) will display on the grid as blocked with a red X.

      • The unit(s) will display on the booking engine as “Unavailable.”

  • To Add Notes to a Block

    • Click on the blocked unit(s) on the grid

    • Enter notes in box next to “Notes:”

      • These notes are visible on the grid when the blocked dates are hovered over.

  • To Unblock a Unit

    • Click on the blocked unit(s) on the grid

    • Select the date(s) you wish to unblock by checking the box next to the date(s)

    • Click “Unblock”

      • If you wish to unblock all dates, simply click “Unblock All”

  • To Mark a unit as Under Repair

    • Open the Grid

    • Check the boxes for the date(s) and unit(s) you wish to mark under repair.

    • Click the black “Repair” button at the top of the grid.

      • The unit(s) will display on the grid as under repair with a black hammer and wrench icon.

      • The unit(s) will display on the booking engine as “Unavailable.”

  • To Add Notes to a Repair Block

    • Click on the unit(s) under repair on the grid

    • Enter notes in box next to “Notes:”

      • These notes are visible on the grid when the repair date(s) are hovered over.

  • To Unblock a Unit under Repair

    • Click on the unit(s) under repair on the grid

    • Select the date(s) you wish to unblock by checking the box next to the date(s)

    • Click “Unblock”

      • If you wish to unblock all dates, simply click “Unblock All”
