The Grid allows you to see availability, reserve rooms, block sites, and make changes to reservations.


  • To change which rooms you see on the grid

    • To sort by class

      • Select the class you wish to view from the drop-down menu.

    • To sort by guest capacity

      • Select the number of guests from the drop-down menu

  • To change how far into the future you can see

    • Select the number of days out you wish to see from the drop-down menu. Options are “Show 30 days”, “Show 45 days”, “Show 60 days”, or “Show 90 days.”

    • Checking the “Display all days” box will show all days of the current month.

  • To change the starting month to view

    • Select the month from the top buttons.

    • Changing the year can also be done by clicking the years on either side of the month and then selecting the month.

    • To go back to the current date, click “Today”

  • To reserve a room

    • Check the box(es) on the date(s) and room(s) you wish to reserve

    • Click the “Reserve” icon at the top

      • This opens up the Master Guest/Purchaser, where you can fill in the guest information and finish the reservation

  • To block a room

    • Check the box(es) on the date(s) and room(s) you wish to block

    • Click the “Block” icon at the top

  • To unblock a room

    • Click the blocked room/date

    • Check the box next to the room(s)/date(s) you wish to unblock

    • Click “Unblock”

      • If you wish to unblock all, simply click “Unblock All”


*Rooms can also be marked for Repair, as Call Us, or Complimentary. Retail items may also be purchased directly from the grid.

 

The legend below the grid shows what each icon means and what the colors used on the grid mean.

    *Colors may be changed by going to Settings > Business Information > Appearance
